Great dog park!
Sheepfold=Doggie Heaven. This is a huge open field where dogs can run free and play. Ample parking and the field has trail head openings that lead around the reservoirs.
Be sure to bring plenty of water and don't forget a water dish!
Sheepfold is the best dog park you can find within a 30 minute drive from Boston. Parking can be tricky on really nice days, but it's certainly worth the extra 5-10 minute wait for a spot. Dogs are everywhere and they have plenty of space to roam and run. Bonus hiking trails surround the park if you're dog isn't too social. Overall a great place to for the dogs!
My dogs had a wonderful romp and I enjoyed chatting with other dog owners. Dear fellow dog owners, bag dog poop and get it into the dumpster! Leaving poop bags in piles under trees could cause us to lose this fabulous resource.
